1              Check trolley and equipment
2              Enter room and open curtain and windows
3              Flush toilet and apply toilet cleaner evenly under rim & around bowl
4              Collect all rubbish, check for lost property (lost &found) and debris
5              Maintenance check & report, visual check on standards
6              Collect china/galas soak in sanitizer
7              Strip bed and remove all soiled linen from the room
8              Make bed
9              Clean china/glass/ashtray/bin/appliances replace in location
10           Clean basin, vanity area, tiles, wall and door
11           Clean tiles, shower, bath, fixture and mirror
12           Clean toilet
13           Replace bathroom linen and supplies
14           Clean bathroom floor
15           Clean furnishing – damp dusting –high/low & inside/outside
16           Clean mirror and art work
17           Clean windows
18           Replenish guest room supplies
19           Vacuumed bed/under bed and bathroom floor
20           Report room as `ready’ using your normal hotel procedure, switch light off  & close the main door properly .

PROCEDURE Physical check of all allocated rooms at 15:00 hours to know the status. (Whether the room is occupied, check out or whether it is a vacant clean room. if it is an occupied room the number of persons staying in the room has to be mentioned in the housekeeping occupancy report.) Any Sleep out rooms, not yet Arrived rooms, etc to be reported to the housekeeping desk.
